  • To Qualify:To qualify for IMEX America planners must include full details for 3 events – 2 must have already occurred within the last 18 months and 1 can be an upcoming event within the next 12 months.
    1. North American HBs - are required to provide 3 events with 2 international ones which must be outside of US, Canada and Caribbean.

    2. European HBs - One event must be within the United States, (including Canada, Mexico and The Caribbean). All events must be outside of their home country.

    Buyers will then be verified by IMEX to ensure they meet the strict criteria.
