With more than 20 years in the graphic industry Chip is always looking to integrate the newest social tools, code enhancements and user interface adjustments to help i-Meet stay fresh, fun and powerful for our members. Immediately prior to i-Meet Chip spent four years as Marketing Manager for the StarCite Destination Solutions Team ( helping to promote international regions, hotels, DMCs and airlines of the world to Corporate Meeting planners in the United States. Still earlier Chip was Managing Partner of Michael Type and Graphics Inc. (12 years) a graphic design and visual production facility located in Media, PA.

Over the years, Chip has held members in:
Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and Rotary International.

Chip attended the Art Institue of Philadelphia, holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and lives west of Phladephia with his wife and daughter.

Mike is driving i-meet's partnership program as Vice President of Partner Strategy.

With over 22 years in the meetings and travel industry, Mike has held key positions at companies like StarCite, GetThere, BCD Meetings & Incentives, and McGettigan Partners. He has focused most of his career in the area of Meetings Technology and the business processes surrounding the usage of those technologies. Mike is a frequent speaker at many industry meetings and events and is considered one of the foremost experts in the area of strategically managed meetings programs (SMMP) for corporations.

David Chou

Vice President Business Development

David Chou supports i-Meet with his extensive knowledge and contacts internationally.

With over 25 years of successful global business development experience at Networld and StarCite, David is a seasoned veteran dealing with travel suppliers from points around the globe.

David is a graduate of UCLA, fluent in various languages and lives in Manhattan, New York.

Jonathan Yuengling

Member Services & Content

Jonathan deals with the operation and content areas for i-Meet. With over fifteen years of experience in technical training and twelve years in the web development and optimization he brings a hands on approach to developing i-Meet’s social tools to ensure they are user friendly.

His interest in Latin American travel, history and green issues lend an interesting perspective to his blogs and discussion group topics.

Prior to i-Meet, Jonathan was Content Manager at StarCite were he was responsible for all imagery and copy for hotel and supplier accounts. These included such chains as Radisson, Hilton Hotel Corp, and Accor

Jonathan obtained a BS in History at Ursinus and a Masters of Organizational Leadership from Cabrini. He lives in the western suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife Donna and dog Maya.


Diane O'Neal Conley

Account Manager

Diane O’Neal Conley has been in the corporate meetings and travel industry for more than 30 years holding her most recent positions at StarCite and McGettigan Partners. She has focused most of her career in the area of meetings technology and the business processes surrounding usage of those technologies.  She most recently was a Global Account Manager at StarCite managing a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and assisting those clients in expanding their Strategic Meeting Management Programs (SMMP).  In addition, she also has experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations.

In her Account Manager role at i-meet, Diane brings a wealth of experience and outstanding customer service and relationship skills.

Over the years, Diane has been a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Hospitality Sales Marketing Association International (HSMAI).

Diane holds a degree in Business Economics from Albright College in Reading, PA and resides in Yardley, PA with her new husband, Bob.
